I began my career working for the airlines, followed by roles at both small boutique and large conglomerate travel agencies.

When does the program start?
You will be given immediate access upon registration for the program.
How long will it take me to complete the Travel Lab Program?
Please allow three to four weeks to complete the course.
How much time will I have to commit to completing the training program?
Allow on average one hour per day for training and one hour per day for homework. You will have access to the course content, collaboration meetups with other Agents and access to the private Facebook group for the duration of your membership.
What is the format of the training program?
You will obtain a login and password to the online Travel Lab Training portal where you will be provided video and written lesson modules, templates, and handouts as well as access to LIVE Zoom Collaboration masterminds with new and experienced Agents.
What tools do I need to complete the program?
You will need dependable internet to stream videos and the ability to save and upload homework files. You will want a free Zoom account to join our weekly "Collab" masterminds. You will want a Facebook account to access our private Facebook group for daily support.
Do I need to purchase any textbooks or materials?
No, all of the necessary guides, templates, scripts and materials are included for you.
Will I receive a certificate of completion for The Travel Lab Program?
You will be issued a certificate of completion upon submitting your final Course homework project/assignment.
Will I need additional training to work as a Professional Travel Planner?
The travel industry is ever-changing. There will always be opportunities for additional free and paid ongoing destination, product, business, technology, and industry training.
Will I need additional training to work as a Professional Travel Planner?
It is not likely, however, that will be determined by the Travel Business Host and State where you work. Please consult your local government for potential business licensing requirements in your area.
